Quantity + measure word + noun;

Any noun can also be used as measure word;

• 一头雾水 yì tóu wù shuǐ, a head of confusion; foggy mind
• 一脸怒气，一脸正气 yì liǎn nù qì / zhèng qi; livid look, righteous look
• 一嘴谎话, yì zuǐ huǎng huà, a mouthful of lies; talk out of both corners of the mouth
• 一鼻子灰, yì bí zi huī, (idiom) reach the dead-end,
• 一耳朵骂人话, yì ěr dui mà rén huà; an earful of curse words
• 一身病，一身轻松; yì shēn bìng; sick all over; qīng sōng, totally relaxed
• 一手好牌, yì shǒu hǎo paí; a handful of winning cards
• 一把屎尿, yì bă shǐ/niào; a handful of poop and pee
• 一肚子不满; yí dù zi bù mǎn, a bellyful of resentment
• 一脚泥土, yì jiǎo ní tǔ; foot covered in mud
